Seven-groove manual precision cleaning machine for optical lenses
—— Micron-level cleanliness and zero-damage surface cleaning solutions
 Product positioning
The segmented cleaning equipment specially designed for optical lenses (glass/plastic lenses, prisms, filters) integrates seven-station process processing (ultrasonic rough washing→ fine cleaning→ spray rinsing→ slow dehydration → hot air drying), and achieves 99.95% impurity removal rate and Ra≤0.1nm surface roughness control for contaminants such as polishing wax, fingerprint grease, and dust particles (≥0.1μm) on the surface of the lens. The equipment adopts manual controllable design (single tank independent operation), suitable for small batch and multi-variety production (5-50 pieces/batch), to meet the high-precision cleaning needs before optical coating, lamination and detection, the surface tension of the lens after cleaning is ≥ 72mN/m, and the residual particles are ≤ 3 / piece (0.1μm level).
  Core technical advantages
 1. Seven-tank process cleaning system (segmented and precise treatment)
 1. Ultrasonic cleaning tank (1-2 tanks)
 Dual-frequency ultrasound goggles technology
▶ 80kHz high-frequency cleaning (power 100-300W adjustable): cavitation bubble diameter ≤30μm, with sweep technology (± 2kHz fluctuation), to achieve non-damage cleaning of the 1mm area of the lens edge and the inverted foot surface, the surface scratch rate < 0.01%
▶ Temperature control accuracy ±0.5°C: 40-60°C alkaline cleaning (pH=10-11), dissolves 98% of polishing wax (e.g. cerium oxide abrasive residue) in 10 minutes
▶ Tank material: Welded polypropylene (PP) sheet with full tank (thickness 8mm), resistant to cleaning agents other than hydrofluoric acid (HF) to avoid metal ion contamination
 2. High Pressure Spray Flushing Tank (3-4 Tanks)
 Targeted flushing techniques
▶ 0.3-0.8MPa adjustable pressure: The fan-shaped nozzle (angle 30°) rinses the concave surface of the lens, and the needle-shaped nozzle (aperture 0.5mm) penetrates deep into the R angle (≥0.3mm) to remove residual particles
▶ Pure water countercurrent rinsing: DI water resistivity ≥ 18.2 MΩ・cm, three-stage filtration (activated carbon RO film polishing resin), TOC residual < 5ppb
▶ Manual fine adjustment bracket: ±15° tilt angle adjustment, suitable for curved surface flushing of convex lens/concave lens/cylindrical lens
 3. Slow Lift Dewatering Tank (5 Tanks)
 No watermark dehydration process
▶ Lifting speed 1-5mm/s controllable: through the screw lifting table (accuracy ±0.1mm), to avoid rapid water formation of water film, with IPA (isopropanol) dehydrating agent, the moisture content of the lens surface < 0.01%
▶ Anti-collision design: 2mm thick silicone pad (hardness 40 Shore A) is laid in the slot, and the lens basket is made of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) material, and the contact friction coefficient is ≤ 0.15
 4. Hot air drying tank (6-7 tanks)
 Clean-grade drying technology
 ▶ Two-stage temperature control:
Preheating section (50-60°C): 10 minutes to remove free water from the surface to avoid stress deformation of the lens caused by temperature differences
Constant speed section (70-80°C): After filtration, clean hot air (Class 100) circulation, wind speed 5m/s, 10 pieces of 100mm diameter lenses can be deeply dried within 30 minutes
▶ Infrared temperature measurement: real-time monitoring of lens surface temperature (accuracy ±1°C) to prevent high-temperature deformation of plastic lenses (Tg=70°C).
